Hi,
I'm new to the MS Bot framework and mostly use Ubuntu.I started off with the NodeJS samples but I couldn't find any good examples that showed more complex interactions so started to look at what is available with C# and stumbled across your repo + blog post.

I couldn't see a .bot file to edit, which the samples seem to have. I imported the LUIS model into luis.ai, and can see the Banko application registered in the portal but I don't know how to tie the two together. Is there a way to generate the .bot file? In the examples I've seen there is always a bot file (it is normally created by either Azure / IDE I believe) ? Is the bot file needed ?

I've tried to connect to the bot using the v3 emulator by starting the bot using.
dotnet run

The latest release of the v4 emulator doesn't have an AppImage and alpha release requires a bot file which I can't see.
