I use a sip account
When they call me i cant hear them because there is a lot of noise, but they can hear me very well.
Any suggestions?

I entered all the information, activated and got an API via Tropo.com, and the phone button is stuck on "loading"
Any ideas?

hi I am having an issue with the widget area - after install my widget drag & drop area is all locked up...can not drag widget to enable. If i disable plug in then all widget area works again. I can't enable widget. Is there a work around in order to hard code it into the template theme and enable it outside the plugin?

I want the plugin to put forth the dtmf keypad but I can't seem to get that to work. The Optional "Show numeric keypad while call is active?" does not stay checked when I place the widget into a widget sidebar on Wordpress. Sorry if I missed a README about this.

The plugin does not allow visitor to call visitors. How can this be solved?

There are a couple of mentions of the widget being "skinnable" ... but we should add some text to either the README or the wiki explaining how to skin the widget. (Maybe that's common knowledge to theme designers...)

Added the Wordpress Widget to a wordpress site and successfully made a call to a SIP address and a PSTN address but am running into some issues:

SIP call: When calling a SIP address( I tried both a SIP address for one of my own tropo apps and [email protected]) the call is established fine but terminates after about 10 seconds.

I replaced the SIP address with the actual PSTN phone number routing to the same onsip.com IVR and that works fine. (Didn't try that for the Tropo app)

Widget 1: when you check the "Show numeric keypad while call active?" checkbox and save the setting the checkbox is automatically cleared.

Widget 2: Sometimes when you check the "Show numeric keypad while call active?" checkbox the keypad doesn't show up when making a call. Can't put my finger on exactly when yet.

In some WP themes when adding the widget the app doesn't work. Manually adding:

to the body of the page that has the widget on it will make the widget work. Looks like some jquery conflict. A fairly common issue with some WP themes

Now I need to look at your widget and see if I can mod it to also show alpha characters for the digits makes it easier navigating IVR's with corporate directories.

I apologize as I have accidentally closed my last issue regarding the same noted above...I am using WordPress 3.0.1. and Facelook theme and Buddypress Version 1.2.6
