这里的vec_model下面需要根据自己的领域来训练一个词向量，这里并没有给出。
这里segment/data/文件夹下，训练好的CRF模型，需要大家自己训练，同时还要自己领域的训练数据(本文用的训练数据是人民日报语料库)。
model_result文件夹是神经网络训练好的模型文件，需要自己训练好。
