Refresh content for multiple items

When a sync has problems, it's possible to end up with tens or hundreds of items in a bad way. Often, using the 'refresh content' to resync their stuff fixes it. However, at the moment it's only possible to do this one article at a time. Would be nice to be able to long-press a feed and do 'refresh content' on all broken articles. :)

Support for Nook Simple Touch (SDK7)

Info from the user:

No luck on the Nook Simple Touch (SDK 7, not sure which android version that corresponds to). Possibly down to the filesystem being a bit odd though, nothing is mounted at /sdcard

Error is NoSuchMethodError:android.content.Context.getExternalFilesDir
