This branch will be to 'complete' Axel Bot to a general-purpose Git Bot. Basically, a bot that can do both RichardBot and AxelBot functionalities. TODO:

1. Change "axel" to "git".
2. Add comments to config.bash file to tell the user what each variable is for.
3. Set default config.bash values to give 'RichardBot' functionality.
4. Change file extensions to .bash since they are running under bash.
5. Run checkbashisms on files and make everything a bit more sh compatible, to make future portability easier if desired.
