Text with comma inside quotation marks break convertion

How to simulate:

1. Install CSVToMarkdown Extension in VSCODE https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Marchiore.csvtomarkdown

2. Open a new file and paste CSV above

Name, Age, City, "Address, number and City"
John, 24, Street 885, São Paulo 
Jack, 12, Street 951, San Francisco
Mary, 57, Street 698, New York
Rick, 35, Street 755, Atlanta

3. Press CTRL + SHIFT + P
4. Select Convert CSV to Markdown Table

Result:
