$ make local

cubemapgen's Issues

Can't execute the program

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run the executable file "ModifiedCubeMapGen.exe"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program opens and instead appears a Fatal Error window saying 
"Shader Compile Error: no output from D3DXCreateEffectFromResorce".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
x64 windows 7, with  VS2008 runtime and DX9 installed. And also I have recieved 
the same error in a x86 virtualized windows xp. 

Please provide any additional information below.

I have running the original IBM CubeMapGen program, but can't run the modified 
one.
