Reduce the welcome page sign up form

would be nice to have the form be streamlined, instead of requesting a bunch of data up front. typical form: signup for this current skate or register yourself as a skater, forgot login/password prompts. The typical stuff.

And then move this partial to the proper page for creating a new skater.

• create clickable links for each column that allow sort
• search bar?
• default display: sorted by creation date, most recent at top

Build/add to the skates#show page

Currently the only thing showing is the host name, I believe? And it isn't formatted at all.

Extrapolate this.

• Update the Upcoming skate from showing next skate to displaying 3 cards with the next 3 skates, including their rink (location)
• display in ascending order (most recent first, etc)

Index page for all skaters: refactor the sort functionality for the columns

Refactor the sort to allow for clicking multiple times and reversing the sort order

• Switch this to a table or list

• Make entire row clickable (instead of just the date) - this is experimental and might not be possible
• resize/position the main table to be more visually appealing with the header and the sidebar
• reduce font size of the past skate sidebar

• currently don't have any show page for a rink
• Get the basic info onto the page (name, location, etc)
