add custom commands

📖 Description

Instead of using code -n ., the app could allow customization through either file config and/or flags to use a list of cmd and args.

For example:
["code", "-n", "."]
or
["echo", "project.path"] where project.path would be replaced by the path at runtime when building the go exec.Command.

update `README.md`
