Add compatibility to "subtree split"

Since TYPO3 8, you can install TYPO3 in "subtree split" mode, the requirement "typo3/cms" is changed to "typo3/cms-core". That's the correct way to require TYPO3 versions for "subtree split" and regular projects.

Compatibility with TYPO3 v12

This should happen in the master branch and branch for v11.5.x should be created for maintenance.

Add dependency for updated EXT:sjbr/static_info_tables for TYPO3 v12

As mentioned in issue #6 the compatibility for TYPO3 v12 is needed.

The base extension sjbr/static_info_tables needs to be updated beforehand.

This has to be followed here: https://codeberg.org/sjbr/static-info-tables/issues

If it is available, the composer.json and ext_emconf.php have to be updated.

Suggest.tsconfig causes error on logs

Hello,

the current condition on Suggest.tsconfig is outdated and not compatible with TYPO3 v10.

Update to be compatible with version 6.5 of static_info_tables

The extension static_info_tables was updated to 6.5 and introduced some new feature.
This extension needs to be updated to be compatible.
