Hi, is there a code in KFTS to generate h5 files from stack of unwrapped interferograms in ISCE2 or do I need to create my own code to generate an h5 file?

Hi, I tried to use the test data, however, an bug occurred and Here is my result.
I suspect that caused by the different version of H5PY.

In my PC, the version of required wheels are:

h5py 2.10.0 py36hd6299e0_1
hdf5 1.10.6 hb1b8bf9_0
matplotlib 3.3.4 py36h06a4308_0
matplotlib-base 3.3.4 py36h62a2d02_0
future 0.18.2 py36_1

Please, I meet a problem.

I use the 'config_Etna.ini' to run KFTS. While running the command ' python plotoutput.py -c configs/config_Etna.ini -geom ./ -rmsTh 2', I got an error 'OSError: Can't read data (no appropriate function for conversion path)'. And there are no errors in other commands.

How should I solve it?

Please, I meet a new problem. This problem occurred after I installed KFTS-InSAR with a new computer.

I use the 'config_Etna_update.ini' to run KFTS. While running 'python plotoutput.py -c configs/config_Etna.ini -geom ./ -rmsTh 2' to take easy test, I got an error
'IndexError: Index (38) out of range for (0-19)'. And there are no errors in other commands.

How should I solve it?
