Presumable not just this shallow case, but OrderBy and Skip should have relation for fast operation.

Need to execute "selector" part of SelectMany in Count() but not otherwise, which current implementation kinda does (to pass tests, but I don't think it maps all cases. Need to get my brain back into Count to think this though...)

This skip test uses implemenation details. Check what it's supposed to do, and confirm that we're doing it.

I think this might be as simple as using System.Linq.IOrderedEnumerable<> rather than redefining it.

From ignored test, the Repeat enumerable reuses itself for it's enumerator. The Select and Where objects support this pattern (originally from corefx System.Linq).

foreach (var s in myString) { valueyield return s; } somehow?

Would be worth having CI testing and benchmarks setup and tied to PRs etc.

I've used AppVeyor and Azure DevOps Pipelines in the past - both are free and either would work for this.

(GitHub Actions would work too once it is released)
