User should be able to send todo item from command line directly into file using -t or --todo switch

• If -t or --todo is selected from cli then the new todo item should be created and the cursor position should be at the second space from square bracket
• if -n or --note is selected from cli then the initial cursor positions should be at the end of the second space after the - in the notes section.
• if - j or --jrnl le selected from cli then the initial cursor position should be at the and of the file, just after last character.

Add support for custom root folder configuration.

Describe the solution you'd like
I should be able to configure my own root folder location in a configuration file, all my future entries should be generated under this root folder.

-d t should open today's file
-d y should open yesterday's file
-d tm should open tomorrow's file
-d yyyy/mm/dd should open the file for specified date
