Hi,
Did you managed to control the Korad KEL103 through USB? I'm trying it myself. I can controll it through Putty, but when i try it with PySerial, it just doesnt work. I was wondering if you were able to make it work. Let me know. Thanks!

When I try to run one of your examples I get the following error OSError: [WinError 10049] The requested address is not valid in its context . When I run the debugger the error is on the following line in your libary self.sock.bind(self.clientAddress).
Did I do something wrong or?

Quick thanks for the files, they got me going in the right direction.
The commands for the KEL103 work over both Ethernet and USB to Serial and are SCPI based. So opening a USB to serial port at 57600 and sending the same commands gives the same actions.

The command to change to different modes are:
:FUNC CC
:FUNC CV
:FUNC CW
:FUNC CR

They don't appear to return anything. I can't see a way to query what mode the supply is in, so best to always send one of these first before setting a value and turning the load on.

To set up a constant power discharge:
:FUNC CW
:POW 50.0W

Constant voltage discharge
:FUNC CV
:VOLT 10.0V

Constant resistance discharge
:FUNC CR
??? haven't figured out how to set resistance yet. I'll update if I figure this out.

I did not know how to contact you so I am posting it as issue.
I cannot seem to connect the device through éthernet to my laptop. Also, there are not many sources on the internet to follow. Please can you just guide to the process of connecting the device to my laptop.

I purchased a KEL103 because I found your project. But now their site koradtechnology.com is down and I can't download the software to set up the device on the network.

Do you happen to have a copy of the OEM software?
