CSharpCodeProvider (which is IDisposable) is not Disposed() in RuntimeLoader.Compiler.

Under VS 2015, it takes about 30 seconds to "Run Custom Tool" on _generator.tt. It took less than 1 second under previous VS releases.

For example, the definition:

unit Foot "ft" = 100 * Meter / 2.54 / 12;

would join Foot unit to the Meter family (as expected), but it does not happen if we insert parentheses:

unit Foot "ft" = (100 * Meter / 2.54) / 12;

This is wrong. Both definitions should be perfectly equivalent and join Foot to the Meter family.
