and appFile should be ${Deno.cwd()}/src/main/mandarine/app.ts, and now "main" is not included.

This project will be totally re-created using Mandarine's framework as its CLI code. Everything will be done from scratch.

Mandarine CLI will also receive more love, it is kind of abandoned here, I believe Mandarine's CLI has a great potential...

This should land along with version 3.0.0 of MandarineTS. https://github.com/mandarineorg/mandarinets

The infrastructure to re-create it, it's not quiet there yet, but it will be, I will provide more information soon.
