the cnn.py will train a model for you once training done there best wight will be saved with name .mamonmdl_wts.hdf5 and once you have a trained model you can later in any time just use predict.py also the predict.py work on you put your test data in test.csv its will only get the tweet and make predication if you already have label for them then its wil comapre and give you the accuracy of prediction
