Mouse cursor text does not view clearly on page

When hover Mouse cursor to text, for example in dashboard page, the color become white so we can not see the cursor.
it also happened when we move cursor to texboxt / input box mouse cursor can not see clearly.

this is make user confuse. and user say that the cursor is disappear.
to simulate this issue click dashboard menu, then click item on dashboard. then move cursor mouse to search input box.
than the cursor will disappear
