A root directory contains sub-project that assemble into multi-language chatbot. It leverage IBM Cloud Functions, Watson Language Translator, and Watson Assistant. It can also indirectly leverage Watson Discovery to provide "Search skill" for Watson Assistant for some specific input of user.
