When running the SIE parser I noticed that it builds a data structure in CSV that can be used, for illustration in Excel.
But looking into the SIE file itself there are some lines of information are basic info (e.g. #FLAGGA, #PROGRAM, etc).
For the tool to cover the complete SIE parser flow, It would be good that the SIE parser also process the basic information.
If not, the user of this SIE parser tool would always have to (in parallell) solve the basic data parsing.

Don't know if this is appropriate channel, but getting the error message below. Not an expert at encoding though. It happens with all encoding options provided. Seems to go for 1252.py even when choosing --encoding 'utf-8' or other option. Using SIE file from fortnox, but can't really share it...
