Miguel, first of all, thank you for this great project that makes working on more advanced projects on easybook a piece of cake.

The ImageExtra plugin checks for the presence of a '?' on the image string to apply the str_replace for 'images/', so if I just use ![text](images/figure_5.8.png) it won't match and the build will show a warning:

[WRN] Can't open input file: No such file or directory (/tmp/trefoil/easybook_pdf/images/images/figure_5.8.png)

But if I use ![](images/figure_5.8.png?class="wide") it will apply the str_replace and everything's good.

An else on the preProcessImages function should resolve it. :) Would you like a PR?

Depends on #1.

Instead of hardcoding the links generation, use a Twig template to allow further customization of links (use case: in the HTML edition+Bootstrap3).

Hi Miguel!

I'm publishing a PDF (with Prince) with 480 pages and almost 700 images in 300dpi. Some images are 4000px wide (large screenshots upscaled to 300 dpi in photoshop)

I'm on a Mac. When I hit publish, after several seconds, the command returns nothing in the output (so I presume an error) BUT the pdf is generated (160MB PDF) but without its cover (a PDF) attached. Do you have any clue? Maybe this is a timeout issue, I don't know...

I hope you can help me with that! :) Or should I place this issue on Easybook repo?
