[BUG] Main navigation on medium screens breaks to two lines

On medium screens main menu items (links) needs smaller paddings. Atm. they have 20px left and right padding. We can also change columns sizes in header because we have smaller logo. So:

#logo span4 => #logo span3
top-nav-menu span8 => top-nav-menu span9

[BUG] Top panel navigation in fixed position needs fix

On small screens:

If we scroll down the page and top panel goes to fixed position, than activated menu is rendered ~ 20px under bottom panel border. This happens because this menu (#menu-main) in absolute position has 'top' space set to 73px (through .skt-mob-menu class).

Either panel height has to be changed or top space of menu.

[DISCUSSION] Change homepage title

Atm. homepage has title set to "Kubuntu | Friendly Computing". I think this should be changed to something like "Kubuntu - Friendly Computing" or "Kubutnu Friendly Computing". So we should get rid of this vertical separator here.

Fatal error after installation

I downloaded the ZIP version and uploaded using Theme Manager on WP and here is the error after successful installation:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function sketch_get_option() in /xxxxxx/wp-content/themes/KubuntuAdverticaLightChild-0.3.0/header.php on line 50

Compare
http://kubwp.kubuntu.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/featured-image-repeat-x.png (364KB)
and
http://oserv.org/bugs/kubuntu.org/featured-image-repeat-x.nonoise.png (448KB).
The latter is only 23% heavier.

If it's too large for you, you can take http://oserv.org/bugs/kubuntu.org/featured-image-repeat-x.nonoise.8bit.png (212KB), it's 42% smaller in byte size than your current image and still looks way better.

Both of those still have banding (the 8bit version has more visible banding), and that's fixable for the first image (featured-image-repeat-x.nonoise.png), but I have no free time right now to do that (fixing that involves building Qt 5.6). Still, both of those images are better than what you have now.
