To go from the line in the file to the modelized object

Create a template to facilitate reading input. The solution provided should help us map very rapidly data's to our internal struct representation.

So that we will be able to easily run our program against different solver like so:
$ solver -type genetics.go
$ solver -type graph.go

Go standard library has not implementation of a Graph. It could be interesting to have one with default operations.

Given our struct, we should be able to quickly transform our solution into a file.
