INGREDIENTS

• 22.5mL Scotch Whisky (¾ oz)
• 22.5mL Sweet Vermouth (¾ oz)
• 22.5mL Heering Cherry Liqueur (¾ oz)
• 22.5mL Fresh Orange Juice (¾ oz)

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. Garnish with a twist of orange

mix rum and honey together in a glass until honey dissolves. add remaining greds, fill glass with ice. mix.

• 45mL Scotch Whisky (1½ oz)
• 22.5mL Sweet Vermouth (¾ oz)
• 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients into your mixing glass
2. Stir with ice
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry

2 oz. Beefeater
.5 Lime
.5 Lemon
.75 1:1 simple
.75 heavy cream
1 egg white
4 drops orange flower water
1.5 oz club soda

Dry shake everything except the club soda, (left chilling inside a refrigerated Collins), then shake with a single large rock until the cube completely dissolves. Pour over the club soda until it hits the rim, then let the meringue set for a couple minutes. Pour the remainder in the middle to lift the meringue and enjoy.

2oz blended scotch
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/16 oz honey syrup (3:1 honey)
3/16 oz ginger syrup

Shake above with ice. Strain into glass with ice. Float single malt peaty scotch.

china china, vecchio del cappo, blended scotch, buckspice bitters

1oz (30ml) Plymouth gin

1oz (30ml) dry vermouth

0.5oz (15ml) Grand Marnier

A few drops of absinthe

Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice

Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass

scant 1/4 oz 1:1 simple
2 dashes peychaud's
1 dash angostura
2 oz rye

1. chill a glass. once cold empty and rinse with absinthe.
2. combine all greds in a mixing glass
3. fill mixing glass with ice, stir.
4. strain into absinthe glass.
5. twist a lemon peel over drink for oils, discard peel.

Equal parts Fernet Branca, Green Chartreuse, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake with ice, strain up. Or put it in a Tiki mug, cause it's one hell of an ugly (but delicious) drink.

Also can be done without simple.

.75 luxardo
.5 lemon
.25 creme de violette

combine greds in shaker with ice. strain into coupe. garnish with cherry.

1. Generously add ice to a double old fashioned glas
2. Add the Drambuie & Scotch Whisky (in your preferred ratio)
