Azure Functions v4 and Table Strorage

This is demonstration of Azure Functions v4 with Azure Table storage. The main reason for this repo is to show how to bind Azure Functions app to Table storage, as this changed quite a bit. Table storage is very cheap and, despite some limitations worth considering, for persistence. Unfortunately, there are bugs in the Table storage binding and here you can look how to go around the issue.
