I wanted to express our gratitude for the insightful RVAgene method. While implementing it, we encountered challenges specifically related to extracting the expression profile.We are reaching out to seek your guidance on obtaining model-generated reconstructions of the gene expression profiles from both the test set and training set.

Printing loss & epoch number every time loses place in notebook. Can we set the default to print every 50 epochs? And have a parameter to control whether or not to print/how often to print?
