ContainByScreen doesn't handle large elements very well

ContainByScreen doesn't currently handle elements that take up a significant height or width of the screen very well. (Imagine an element that is 80% of the screen height, and the anchor is 30% from the top. Contain-by-screen will try to top-align them and fail because the element goes 10% off the bottom of the screen; then try to bottom-align them and fail because the element goes 50% off the top of the screen; then try to center-align them and fail because the element goes 10% off the top of the screen. Then it throws its hands in the air and picks the default which may be terrible. Contain-by-screen only ever picks from a discrete set of positions and alignments; it currently doesn't support a result like "position the element to the right and offset its height by X pixels from the top" or force-shrinking the element.) We've been bit by this previously, so I'm thinking of improving this soon.
