Hi there, I just found a issue about project Hack023.
There are the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. start the server and the run hack023 app
2. login with the valid account
3. add a new item named "go to school"

It seems the item added locally which turns red and can't be synced with the server when clicking button 'refresh'. Meanwhile I saw an IllegalArgumentException in stacktrace.

I've read <50 Android Hacks> since last week and I think it's really a useful book. I downloaded this repository and ran every project on my Android mobile phone. In hack 014, I found the video didn't play properly. Because you set the VideoView android:visibility="gone" in the main.xml, but {mVideoView.setVisibility(View.VISIBLE);} is missing in the MainActivity.java.
Finally, thank you for writing this book, it helps me a lot.
