I'll probably write better tests for Arguments / Params to make sure there are no little bugs that I just haven't found yet. I'll also write the tests better because ATM they print stuff and tests should automatically do everything.

Needs to look more generic, and colors should be customizable in the colorscheme.

We should use format strings for messaging.

It's only used for the async command, so how about just throw an error if plugin is null?

There are a couple of things which can be done to optimise the params system, such as not calculating the amount of required arguments every time a Params object is created and instead holding it in ParamsBase. I'll do this when I can (probably in a week) so this is just a reminder.

It's pretty common to do something like this:

        if (args.length == 0) {
            sendUsageMessage(player);
            return;
        }

We can parse a usage message by counting the number of <argument>s.

We should stick helper methods like hookVaultEcon, hookVaultChat, hookVaultPerms in AlbPlugin, along with isVaultEconHooked, same for chat, perms & getVaultEcon etc
