In State::adjustCutoff, the state is renormalized. This is a very expensive operation, and seem unnecessary to me

I am currently trying to run the code onespin.cc on Visual Studio Code, but it seems the file ACG.h cannot be found, although I know it exists within the same folder as the other files being called.

Variances are currently calculated by averaging over all trajectories. This is wrong (see http://michaelgoerz.net/notes/calculating-expectation-values-and-variances-for-quantum-trajectories.html)

Instead, we should keep track of the expectation value for each operator, and the operator squared. The variance can the easily be calculated on the fly for plotting.
