 The tools we are using today are rather chaotic and not well organized. There is a need for a more integrated approach of tools such as collaboration wikis, project management, calendars, voting etc. Mr. Erwin Vermassen will make a proposal of a new and more adequate tool suite which will better support our work and make the developments done in the workgroup accessible for all of the project participants.

Add procedure to accept new contributions to group rules and procedures document.

As a working group, we need a process to make effective decisions. The Loomio platform is designed to provide groups with majority- or consensus-based decision making.

Task

• set up Loomio for MaaS Alliance TWG members
• invite all members to the Loomio group

Transfer of the maas-api.org domain to the MaaS Alliance.

We have acknowledged that our working group is small and not fully representative of the diverse needs of the MaaS community. In order to represent stakeholders from various organizations, we have agreed to increase our outreach/recruitment activities.

Task

• recruit at least one new member for the technical working group

This task can be marked as complete if/when the new working group member attends their first working group meeting (in-person or online)

It has been suggested to start involving academia in wg activities. Initial list of contacts is added to wg excel of "missing partners". Timeframe fall 2018.

Gorazd has agreed to contact Taxi Alliance Europe, URItaxi, Fedetaxi to get them to join our working group.
