please, could you add the copyright header in the dist file and the license in the package?

Awesome widget. Had to export code and add directly to my project. Couldn't pull using Visual Studio Bower / Nuget. Was hoping you can publish to that site.

great little directive, but you should include in the readme file that you can also pass in the additional-height value as an additional offset. I had to convert your coffeescript to javascript to find this out

Do you think you might create a directive that sets the parent's div height based on the current children's height that is active?

In ionic the directive doesn't works unless you add the "px" in the .css line. Maybe because ionic doesn't use jquery and works with the lite version of angular.

r.parent() is giving blank array even though control is inside another div
