The project could make use of a README file for documenting compilation instructions. Here are some quick notes for anyone who wants to compile the project themselves:

1. Visual Studio 2013 Express (or other edition of 2013) required
2. WMPLib reference is broken/disabled by default and needs to be activated using the Project -> Add Reference menu.
3. WMPLib is part of the Windows Media Player component from the COM category on the Add Reference dialog.
4. If all else fails, try using the Tools -> Choose Toolbox Items dialog to add Windows Media Player component to the project.

No license chosen. This isn't a huge deal in my opinion, because by placing the project onto a public GitHub repository, you are allowing everyone access to edit it and do with it as they please. However, it would be nice if I could use the MIT license or CC0 to state that the code is completely public domain in my forked version. Let me know what license you prefer. Cheers!
