Add documentation for Invoke-EmaSyncCompaniesExperimental

Note3: Script currently does not take into account a single company having multiple license-types mapped to the same Autotask Service.e.g. "ESET Protect Entry" and "ESET PROTECT Advanced" both mapped to "IT: Security Software" in autotask. (the usage value from last license in the list will be the end result of units sent to Autotask PSA for that service. )

store counts in hashtable, similar to Invoke-EmaSyncCompaniesExperimental

Get-AutotaskContractServiceUnits gets last 500 "transactions" and returns the oldest one instead of newest one.
This causes unnecessary adjustments when performing sync.

probably best to adjust filter query, alternatively return the last record instead of the first one.
