Astro issue 10610 reproduction

withastro/astro#10610

Created with npm create astro@latest, choosing default config options.

Then created file ./projectDir/src/content/posts/first.md so the Astro generates the ./projectDir/.astro/types.d.ts file on dev / build / sync commands as described in documentation.

Now, bug reproduction steps:

1. Clone this repo
2. Go into the project directory: cd projectDir
3. Install dependencies: npm install
4. Build to a parent directory: npm run astro build -- --outDir ../dist
5. See the types.d.ts file exists in the dist directory

The ./dist dir contains committed build output.
