Use consistent capitalization on chapters, sub-chapters, etc.

All Parts, Chapters, sub-sections (i.e. to level ##) are to be title cased, anything lower sentence case.

possibly add vl_builder/altair to interactive vis

Not sure these add anything over plolty and other html_widget options. But revisit before workshop. Also altair should be demoed for python notebook.

use icon package for FA (possibly other) icons

This might work but current package development seems to add hassle rather than making easier.

file types and other considerations

Add brief mention of file types, saving/exporting, resolution to visualization section.

add blurb about parameterized reports to markdown section #1

summaries

A couple chapters have a 'Summary' section which leads to link problems. They need to be renamed more specifically, e.g. Summary of...

Add all exercises and more content to Jupyter notebooks

The initial notebooks were just code snippets. Later sections have copied more of the text, so to be consistent, the earlier ones need to be updated, and we want to add the exercises to all notebooks insofar as it's possible.
