把 Shadow map renderer 合入渲染管线

Plaform toolset:Visual Studio 2019 (v142)
language:Preview - std:c++latest
ms-gsl: 3.1.0 in vcpkg.
I add #include<gsl/span_ext> in Common.hpp
Because the location of the span has changed.
Can you explain what the above error means and what parts of gsl should I read?

ShadowmapRenderer resources should be recreated when window being resized.
MakeShaderCollection(device, path, path)
现在的 MakeShaderCollection 太难用了，如果从文件名构造 Shader 需要传入两次 device3D。
设置 `additionalInputs` 的时候会覆盖掉前面的 inputs
Camera & viewport
目前 Camera 的 viewport 是和 window 绑死的。但是遇到 RenderToTex 这种就完全不够用。
RenderTexture or something?
light 应该变换到 view space
