eza releases download link naming change

eza changed again the way they package the releases, we should adjust!

Cannot install eza via asdf after adding this plugin

Steps to reproduce

Install plugin (asdf plugin-add eza)
Attempt to install eza via asdf (asdf install eza latest)

Expected behavior

Eza is installed and binary is available
