调用 kindlegen.exe 制作 .mobi 时会出现生成错误

软件调用 kindlegen.exe 制作 .mobi 时会出现一定几率(2/5)的生成错误，但之后再人工跑命令就能成功生成。问题是现在软件没有打 kindlegen.exe log 的功能，我也不知道是什么具体的错误。
之后的提交要将 kindlegen.exe 的输出流写入 log 中，才能继续跟进。

在Info: 创建目录之后发生此错误
中文提示即为 错误：父章节中不包含目录部分
Error: E24011

win7下首次出现

已知：

1. 章节过多时才会出现此错误（因此单次抓取时此错误很难复现，目前是每个两小时抓一次，共 3 次左右后再制作会 100% 复现）
2. 将出现错误的章节删除后，仍会提示相同的错误发生在别的章节
3. 将错误章节的本地 .html 路径和别的章节交换，同的错误发生出现在新章节（即错误是跟着本地 .html 路径）

排查时：

1. 更改了 .ncx 中的文本和顺序，无用
2. 更改了.opf 中顺序，无用
3. 更改了.html 文件内容，无用
4. 将第二分栏的内容接在第分一栏内，pass
