The customer model was created to group users of the same client. However it is not being used and all the features are considering the user instead of the customer.

So when we create the Customer CRUD we must remember the features that will be affected to:

• Ticket list: when accessed by a customer, must to list all the tickets of this customer, and not just the user tickets.
• Ticket report: use the customer as a filter's option
• User CRUD: add the customer field

If a customer have created a ticket by mistake, it can close it.

For now, it is not possible create users; it is a important resource to be done.

The frontend code is not handling server error.

When we start only the client side and we try log in, we receive a message like "invalid password", but it is a lie. The truth is that it got an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error but the frontend code is not handling these cases.

The same happens when the user token is stored in localStorage, as a logged in user, everything looks fine but it is getting connection error and the lists of tickets don't appear.

Menu doesn't open when it is collapsed.

The user can search tickets by:

• ticket title
• ticket message
• author

It's is common a customer report a problem through other media, like whatsapp, phone or email. So, we have to record this request and track it.

We have a few tests, primarily for frontend. Practice frontend skills is a purpose of this project, so it is an important issue to do.

When a ticket is not saved, we just get a error message but we don't know what exactly was the problem. So we need to show the user the validation message close by the field with invalid input.
