Flow

• Button on the front page "Create"
• New window with the form should open
• Button to close or save
• On Save close the window

Table should have these columns:

• Name: name
• Time: time
• Description[0..15]: only from 0..15
• Image: check Icon
• Link: check Icon
• actions: button to edit and button to delete
