remove the need to add the extra "void" string

when creating the instrument grid (createGrid()), the program always adds an extra object to the "strings" array for styling reasons.

I need to find some way to kill this so I can stop doing "!isLast" validations (it's getting ugly)

add the possibility to mark a string as not played

it could be as simple as clicking the string name and turning it into a "X" ball
