Important notes

1. view appear/disappear events can be handled in order to not update views while it is
   not seen at all. Just mark that it needs to be reloaded and reload just in time.
   TIP: UITableView has dataSource and delegate. We can implement dataSource as separate delegate.

2. We can suggest class DataModel as separate class which would be shared between master and detail. This would require slightly change persistence layer

Keyboard enhancements

Implement bar for keyboard with Done button to hide keyboard.
Tip: Looks for KeyboardAcessoryView, and notifications from NotificationCenter which are sent by system about keyboard, they should contain userInfo with related frame, which BTW should be translated to our view (it is in screen coordinate space)
Tip: Consider using auto layout for laying out bar at keyboard.
