(d / dx)(x ^ 2 + 2 y ^ 2) = 2 x + 4 y (not dx + 4 y)

Should be

=> dx + 4y (dy / dx) = 0
=> 4y (dy / dx) = -2x

In the first paragraph

Should be 2 sin t = x => x/2 = sin t

Should be beta = 180 - 21 = 159 (not 150)

1.2 (1.6) should be x=2 sin t not t=2 sin t (pickslides from MHF)

(sin x)/x = 1 (not 0)
