daq-ta's Issues

Treeview does not show all columns when a previous sheet has less columns

Steps to repeat:

1. Select a file with x columns
2. Select a different file with more columns than the first file
3. The result will only show x number of columns' rows based on the first csv file

(the column names appear but the rows for the additional columns do not appear)

Suspicion:

• Problem with clear treeview function and deleting children rows

GUI v2: Move to Object Oriented Programming

• To optimize the codebase, implement Classes for the Tkinter GUI
• Check if Classes are also ideal for the analysis functions

Overhaul plotting functionality

When plotting in one analysis then another, the previous plots can possibly re-appear or be drawn onto the new plots.
Possible fixes:

• Find a way to remove previous plots from memory
• Switch to Object Oriented Programming
