Generalize and fix SRP.

This is necessary to provide ability to use this project over test environment.
Built-in functional to compile with special cmake flag to use acme stage environment is functionally malformed for using this lib against test environment like pebble.
Furthermore, stage environment can be used to validate possibility of successful certificate issuance, and this can be used in workflow to issue a certificate:

1. Try against stage env.
2. If successful - issue valid certificate.
   This can be very useful to not exceed the lets encrypt rate limit of attempts to issue a certificate.

There is a big possibility for badNonce error during requests to acme.
Simply try more times to avoid it.
E.x. acme-tiny tries to resend request for 100 times
