Simple mod for my mod pack adds a few ration food item

-an MRE item that has the same hunger/saturation as a steak
-an Can MRE item has has same hunger/saturation as bread
-an MRE Drink item that as slightly less 
-an insteat cofee item used to craft
-an coffee drink made from a item and a water bottle has the least hunger and saturation values

Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
