bug: specific license for each files if apply? for packaging and distribute

i plan to package and distribute, there's any limitation on?

i can see the GPLv2 license, but there's some files that are not apply this license?

bug: I can't see margins

I'm having some issues with this theme. It doesn't have some necessary margins... It makes it impossible to determine in which window I'm clicking on.
I'm uploading a screenshot to illustrate this lack of margins that I'm talking about.
I'm using Ubuntu 18.04.

req: reduce size of height for buttons, not fit in minilaptops

hi @LordShenron this its a great theme, due despiste the dark, the items are separated correctly

but for small screens and minilaptops the buttons are too big only by the height size..

can be possible reduce the height or tell me how to do so!?
