For [L]GPL'd software, there's always the option of using either the version "as is", or include the wording "or (at your option) any later version". This is important for large projects, which may deem necessary either keep one license version, or be able to move freely to the next version.

For the license templates in licen, they are all from choosealicense.
Currently I think that should be enough.

Currently, I didn't do it.
Here are my reasons:

• Your IDE or editor can easily do it.
• There are many languages and different comment syntaxes. How many languages should I support or just support all I knows?
• I don't use it :p

maybe we can add a -c --comment argument.
