text_parser: PyparsingMultiLineTextParser invalid Unicode coercion about plaso

Also the following part of the same class does not work since it does not take the size of the encoding into account.

With the CL Windows raises WrongFileStructure on the Unicode file.

Default Windows encoding seems to be cp850.

Also \r seems to be implicitly handled by the Windows file API. Ideally the text parser would compensate and have cross platform the correct behavior.

Now stripping \r from the text stream, not optimal will do it for now.
